Learned advanced techniques in professional mastering and compact disc preparation with extensive training in digital signal processing and audio editing.
Mastered two recordings provided by Dr. Silverman of which I was unable to attach to this page due to a non-disclosure agreement, but provided documentation for, which goes over my mastering processes.
Fortunately, one additional recording that I mastered and created documentation for, titled "Purple Haze", was provided to me by a colleague who gave me the artist's permission to attach to this page.
All mastered recordings took these goals into account:
- PLAYS WELL ON A WIDE RANGE OF SYSTEMS
- FEEL/MESSAGE/STORY ENHANCED
- PROBLEMS AND DISTRACTIONS MINIMIZED
- SOUNDS “FINISHED” – NOTHING LACKING
- DOES NOT SOUND WORSE THAN THE MIX
- ARTIST FEELS THE WORK IS IN ITS BEST LIGHT
- NO ERRORS, NO DEFECTS, MEETS SPECS, DELIVERED ON-TIME
- A/B’s WELL IN ITS GENRE
